We’re partnered with a rapidly growing commercial flooring contractor that’s expanding its footprint in DFW. They’re looking to bring on a strong GM to help assist in leading that growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll be overseeing field operations, managing superintendents and installation teams, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from kickoff through completion.

If you’ve got a strong background in commercial & multifamily construction flooring operations, in high volume, high revenue projects, this is your sign to send your resume.

GM – Commercial Flooring Responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day field operations across multiple commercial and multifamily projects
  • Managing and supporting superintendents and installation crews
  • Partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Coordinating labor, materials, and schedules across jobs
  • Proactively identifying and solving issues before they impact the client
  • Serving as a key point of contact between the field, internal teams, and customers

GM – Commercial Flooring Qualifications

  • 5+ years in an operations or field leadership role within NEW construction flooring
  • Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects ($500K+ preferred)
  • Background in commercial, healthcare, education, & multifamily projects
  • Proven ability to manage teams (superintendents/crews) and keep jobs on track
  • Strong communication skills—both client-facing and internal
  • Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Ideal candidate is already based in the DFW area

GM – Commercial Flooring Comp package
