Remote | Southeast U.S. (Some Travel Required)

A well-established and growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Bilingual Food Manufacturing Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple facilities, warehouses, and distribution operations.

This role is ideal for a bilingual recruiter who is fluent in both English and Spanish and understands how to build trust with diverse manufacturing workforces. The successful candidate will partner closely with plant leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to recruit dependable talent for critical operational roles.

This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a recruiter who understands manufacturing hiring, knows how to identify hard-to-find talent, and enjoys solving workforce challenges in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or onsite options. Travel to manufacturing and distribution locations will be required periodically.

The role may involve occasional exposure to industrial environments, including manufacturing floors, refrigerated areas, and high-traffic operational facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
• Partner with plant leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Recruit hourly production employees, warehouse associates, drivers, maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other manufacturing talent
• Conduct candidate outreach and interviews in both English and Spanish
• Build relationships with Spanish-speaking candidates and local workforce communities
• Develop proactive pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, Boolean searches, direct outreach, job fairs, technical schools, CDL programs, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, reliability, safety mindset, attendance history, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain hiring momentum
• Manage background checks, employment verifications, drug screenings, DOT requirements, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, food production, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments
• Proven success recruiting hourly employees and salaried professionals
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Experience recruiting CDL and non-CDL positions preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring manager partnership skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruiting data
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
• Knowledge of compliant hiring practices and pre-employment screening processes

• High-volume manufacturing recruiting
• Food processing or meat manufacturing recruiting
• Recruiting bilingual hourly workforces
• Recruiting maintenance technicians, drivers, production supervisors, or plant leadership
• Building partnerships with workforce organizations, technical schools, CDL programs, veteran organizations, and community resources
