We are looking for a high-performing Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our Manhattan location. This role will be highly active in the community, will need to understand the importance of exceeding guest expectations and have a passion for developing the team.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • $8M+ sales experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Self motivated
  • 2+ years of experience as an AGM

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee FOH
  • Educate FOH personnel in product knowledge and service best practices
  • Conduct accurate weekly beverage inventory
  • Manage Aloha database with accurate items and prices
  • Act as a spokesperson for the restaurant within the community and guests
  • Foster open lines of communication between FOH and BOH staff for effective collaboration
