We are looking for a high-performing Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our Manhattan location. This role will be highly active in the community, will need to understand the importance of exceeding guest expectations and have a passion for developing the team.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- $8M+ sales experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self motivated
- 2+ years of experience as an AGM
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee FOH
- Educate FOH personnel in product knowledge and service best practices
- Conduct accurate weekly beverage inventory
- Manage Aloha database with accurate items and prices
- Act as a spokesperson for the restaurant within the community and guests
- Foster open lines of communication between FOH and BOH staff for effective collaboration
