Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, maintain high standards, and drive growth. You'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee staff, and manage financials.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all restaurant operations: quality control, customer service, inventory, and financials.
- Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Maintain high standards in both front and back-of-house operations, with an ownership mentality.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning to meet sales goals.
- Build community relationships and promote Cultural brand presence.
- Develop and maintain SOPs that align with the company vision
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Senior Manager experience in a high volume, upscale, full service restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and team development.
- Passion for international culture and diversity
