We are seeking a talented, hands-on Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at a high-volume, upscale casual seafood restaurant in Corpus Christi, TX. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for fresh seafood, scratch cooking, and developing high-performing kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team while ensuring consistent execution of fresh seafood and scratch-made menu items
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and food cost controls
• Partner with restaurant leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience through operational excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a high-volume upscale casual or seafood concept
• Strong background in seafood preparation, scratch kitchens, and maintaining exceptional culinary standards
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen teams while managing labor and food costs
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and kitchen operations
