Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, including planning, execution, and project closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction teams.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and cost tracking.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality standards, and schedule objectives are achieved.

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office; estimating experience is a plus.
