General Manager Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of restaurant General Manager experience
  • Strong background in hospitality and guest service
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Solid understanding of operations, financials, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Committed to maintaining professionalism, culture, and consistency
