Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Executive Sous Chef for our high-end wine-inspired restaurant concept. The menu is made from scratch and features many locally sourced items. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory and controlling costs. 

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on, lead-by-example management style
  • Create daily specials to complement our seasonal menu
  • Execute high-profile special events
  • Maintain proper staffing levels commensurate with the business volume

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' Sous Chef experience
  • Strong organizational skills and financial acumen
  • Fine dining or upscale background
  • Passion for training and developing others
