Restaurant Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style.
- Deliver an elevated guest experience while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team focused on hospitality and execution.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and operational performance to achieve financial goals.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
- Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that values accountability and growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale casual or polished casual concept.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.
- Experience managing labor, costs, and operational performance.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Stable work history with opportunities for progression.
Compensation & Benefits
