A well-established, physician-owned specialty medical practice in West Hollywood is looking for an experienced Clinical Director of Operations to help lead the next phase of its growth.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected practice that has built an outstanding reputation for patient care, operational excellence, and innovation. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing multi-provider specialty practice.
- Partner directly with physician leadership on operational strategy and business planning.
- Lead HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee revenue cycle operations, billing performance, and operational KPIs.
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and practice performance.
- Improve workflows, patient throughput, and operational efficiency.
- Support marketing initiatives and continued business growth.
- Help evaluate and execute future expansion opportunities, including acquisitions and new service lines.
- Build, mentor, and develop both clinical and administrative teams.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-focused culture.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership.
- Experience leading physician-owned practices, specialty clinics, ambulatory care, or outpatient medical groups.
- Strong knowledge of practice operations, HR, revenue cycle, and financial management.
- Experience partnering directly with physicians and executive leadership.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and improving operational performance.
- Working knowledge of EMR/EHR platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and solving problems, not just managing from a distance.

Compensation & Benefits
- $170,000-$180,000 base salary
