Executive Chef Requirements:

  • 2-3 years prior experience in an Exec Chef position
  • HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts used to systems and routines
  • Reports to General Manager and Owners
  • Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
  • Experience in quality scratch kitchens
  • Used to high volume sales
  • Professional image & demeanor
