Inside Sales Representative – Charlotte, NC

Inside Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales or customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers in a service-oriented setting
  • Experience selling to manufacturers, colleges, universities, or trade show organizations preferred
  • Comfortable working onsite and contributing daily within a small team
  • Strong documentation and CRM skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Inside Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills

  • Background in a small-company or entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience handling inbound sales inquiries
  • Familiarity with managing multiple customer accounts

Inside Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries with a customer-first approach
  • Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up using CRM tools
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional service
  • Collaborate closely with team members and sales management to achieve common goals
  • Contribute to a culture of connection, service, and success
