General Manager & Managing Partner Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of general manager experience
- Proven success leading high-volume hospitality operations in New York City
- Strong background in food, beverage, nightlife, and event management
- Track record of driving sales and profitability
- Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
- Advanced understanding of labor management and cost controls

- Assume full ownership of P&L management and financial performance
- Build and sustain a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and accountability
