General Manager & Managing Partner
Compensation: $120,000–$160,000+ Base Salary
Bonus: Significant Performance-Based Incentive Program

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop management and hourly teams
- Identify new revenue opportunities throughout the operation
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership on menu development
- Assume ownership of P&L performance
Preferred Background / Experience:
- 5+ years of General Manager experience
- Proven success in high-volume New York City hospitality operations
- Strong food, beverage, nightlife, and event experience
- Demonstrated history of driving sales and profitability growth
- Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
- Advanced understanding of labor management and cost controls
