General Manager & Managing Partner – New York, NY

General Manager & Managing Partner Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of general manager experience
  • Proven success leading high-volume hospitality operations in New York City
  • Strong background in food, beverage, nightlife, and event management
  • Track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
  • Advanced understanding of labor management and cost controls

General Manager & Managing Partner Preferred Background & Skills

  • Assume full ownership of P&L management and financial performance
  • Build and sustain a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and accountability
