Help build the next generation of power infrastructure.
We're seeking an experienced Project Developer to lead the origination and development of utility-scale energy projects, including natural gas generation, renewables, storage, and data center infrastructure. You'll drive projects from opportunity identification through early-stage development and permitting, working directly with utilities, landowners, regulators, and executive leadership.
What You'll Do
- Originate and develop large-scale energy and infrastructure projects
- Lead site selection, land acquisition, permitting, transmission, and interconnection strategy
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, legal, and environmental teams
- Build relationships with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, landowners, and key stakeholders
- Advance projects toward Notice to Proceed while expanding the company's development pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of utility-scale energy or infrastructure project development experience
- Background in natural gas generation, solar, wind, BESS, data centers, or other large infrastructure projects
- Experience with transmission, permitting, land development, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-moving markets
