What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, upscale setting
  • Train, mentor, and develop a strong back-of-house team
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu execution, specials, and innovation
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in upscale, high-volume kitchens
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
  • Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
  • Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus
  • Professional, adaptable, and driven by high standards

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $75,000 – $80,000 base salary
  • Bonus potential up to 20%
