District Manager – Wilmington / New Bern, North Carolina Market
An established and growing fast casual restaurant group is seeking a dedicated district manager to help lead several locations of an iconic North Carolina brand. This is a hands-on opportunity for a passionate and driven leader to make a direct impact while enjoying strong company stability and a supportive culture.
District Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($80K–$100K)

- No late-night shifts; consistent 5-day schedule
District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience (managing 3–6 QSR or fast casual restaurants)
- Strong work ethic and a positive, winning attitude
- Solid work history in the quick service restaurant industry
- High-volume QSR or fast casual experience with drive-through operations
- Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, and drive results
- Hands-on leadership style, comfortable spending significant time in stores
- Professional presentation with no visible tattoos or piercings
District Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience developing leaders with a servant leadership approach
- Proven business acumen and a record of driving operational results
District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams across multiple restaurant locations
- Work hands-on alongside team members to ensure operational excellence
- Support and develop store managers and future leaders
- Implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Ensure each location adheres to brand standards and company policies
