Regional Director of Catering Operations Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee catering and large group-order operations across multiple locations
• Develop scalable systems, SOPs, and operational standards that can be replicated as new locations open
• Drive execution of high-volume catering programs, including recurring corporate and office accounts
• Build, coach, and hold accountable catering leadership teams while developing future leaders
• Monitor key performance metrics, labor efficiency, food quality, accuracy, and profitability
• Ensure exceptional execution of food preparation, packaging, delivery coordination, and customer experience
• Partner with executive leadership to support growth strategy, location openings, and operational planning
• Evaluate and continuously improve workflows, staffing models, production processes, and resource allocation
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Regional Director of Catering Operations Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-unit catering within restaurant, food service, ghost kitchen, QSR, or fast-casual environments
• Proven success managing high-volume catering programs generating $1M+ annually in recurring catering and group-order sales
• Experience leading operations across multiple locations with strong results in execution and team performance
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement scalable systems, processes, and accountability structures
• Strong understanding of food quality standards, food safety regulations, operational compliance, and production management
• Highly organized with exceptional communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with frequent changes and aggressive growth goals
• Experience managing large catering order volumes, tight production timelines, and last-minute customer requests
• Strong leadership presence with a passion for developing teams, driving consistency, and achieving operational excellence
