Junior Marketing Specialist Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general business software applications
  • Basic graphic design skills with a strong eye for visual presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, customer service, and phone communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software

  • Printing and production experience for marketing materials and signage

Junior Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

  • Create customized PowerPoint presentations for prospective and existing clients
  • Design presentation mockups, marketing materials, and branded collateral
  • Incorporate client branding, logos, and messaging into sales and marketing materials
  • Assist with brochures, flyers, signage, promotional materials, and digital content creation
  • Support sales initiatives through proposal development and presentation preparation
  • Monitor online reviews and customer feedback across multiple platforms
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to generate professional responses to customer reviews and comments
  • Send personalized responses to positive customer reviews and feedback
  • Escalate customer concerns and service issues to appropriate management teams
  • Create and print QR code signage, table tents, promotional cards, and related materials
  • Maintain marketing assets, templates, and organized project files
  • Assist with client onboarding materials and ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Support special projects and company growth initiatives as needed
