We seek a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our group. This position offers an exciting opportunity to defend insurance clients. We seek an associate with Insurance Coverage and Litigation with 1-5 years of experience.

Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
  • Prepare pleadings and correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
  • Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
  • An active member of the California Bar
