Join our team as the Project Scheduler and take full ownership of the scheduling function for a manufacturer of high-performance filtration, containment, and process treatment equipment serving the nuclear, defense, and government sectors. Reporting directly to project leadership, you will develop, integrate, and maintain resource-loaded and cost-loaded CPM schedules across concurrent engineering, fabrication, and delivery programs, and set the scheduling standards that support both contract compliance and customer alignment.

Project Scheduler | What You Will Do

  • Build, maintain, and update resource-loaded and cost-loaded CPM schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 across multiple concurrent engineering, fabrication, and delivery projects
  • Develop and baseline integrated project schedules from contract scope, engineering deliverables, procurement lead times, and shop fabrication sequences
  • Align project schedules to customer master schedules and reporting requirements, including customers operating in their own Primavera P6 environments
  • Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and what-if scenario modeling to identify, communicate, and mitigate schedule risk
  • Manage schedule changes, recovery schedules, and re-baselining in compliance with contract and quality requirements
  • Support earned value management and project controls reporting for government and nuclear contracts
  • Maintain scheduling standards, templates, and procedures consistent with ASME NQA-1 and NRC 10CFR50 Appendix B quality programs

Project Scheduler | What You Bring

  • Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, including resource loading, cost loading, and schedule analysis. This is the core requirement of the role
  • Background in project scheduling or project controls within engineering, manufacturing, EPC, construction, defense, or nuclear environments
  • Strong command of CPM scheduling methodology and the ability to integrate schedules across multiple concurrent programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
  • Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, procurement, fabrication, quality, project management, and external customers
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Lafayette, CO

This role is ideal for an experienced project controls professional who has built and managed complex schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 within a regulated manufacturing, EPC, nuclear, or defense environment, and who wants a high-ownership position with direct impact on program execution, as well as long-term stability and growth with a company whose work supports critical national infrastructure.
