We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production & Operations Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations and provide administrative and project support to executive leadership. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Quality, Shipping, Maintenance, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales to help ensure efficient operations and successful project execution.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Production & Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities and support production scheduling
• Track action items, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and documentation
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and production reporting
• Support food safety, quality, and SQF compliance activities, including audit preparation and document control
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and support continuous improvement initiatives

Production & Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• ERP system experience preferred
• Food manufacturing and/or SQF experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in both office and manufacturing environments

Production & Operations Coordinator Benifits:
