We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to develop into a future leadership role within operations.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Operations Assistant Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Coordinate schedules and assist with daily operational planning
- Manage purchasing activities and vendor communications
- Support quality assurance initiatives and production processes
- Work closely with operations leadership to improve efficiency and drive results
- Assist with production, customer, and supplier-related projects as needed
Operations Assistant Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Someone seeking long-term career growth and advancement opportunities
