Bakery Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a manager in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Previous experience in restaurants or retail concepts preferred
  • Enjoy coaching and mentoring hourly team members
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with hiring, scheduling, performance management, ordering, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting

Bakery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Lead, and train the team to ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to achieve the overall profitability of the store
  • Build genuine connections with guests and create a welcoming and uplifting environment
  • Be involved with the local community, execute company marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Address guest concerns professionally and create solutions to continually improve service

Bakery Manager Benefits:

  • Base salary in the $62,000-$67,000.00 range (depending on experience)
