Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivering excellent guest experiences and building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and quick resolution of issues
- Manage scheduling, labor, and shift coverage
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support hiring, training, and team development
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor management
- Partner with leadership to drive operational performance
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant management or strong shift leadership experience required
- Experience in high-volume, full-service operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible 40–45 hour schedule
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- 40–45 hours per week in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
