Operations Manager – DMV Area

Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within cleaning services or janitorial operations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday

Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and develop site cleaners and team leaders to ensure high performance
  • Oversee operations and maintain quality standards across 25+ client buildings/locations
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards
  • Foster strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
