Creative Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Creative Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of creative, brand, marketing, or design experience
  • 3+ years leading or developing creative teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, marketing campaigns, and creative execution
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Creative Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, travel, luxury, placemaking, real estate, or destination marketing
  • Background supporting customer-facing or guest-focused brands
  • Experience within complex or matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with destination communities, experiential brands, or mixed-use developments

Creative Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of creative professionals, fostering collaboration and ongoing development
  • Define creative direction and ensure brand consistency across diverse business units
  • Partner with marketing, development, and executive teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing workload and allocating resources efficiently
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Continuously improve creative processes to maximize efficiency and quality
