Assistant General Manager
Growing Casual Dining Restaurant Concept
We're looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and enjoys developing teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the AGM
· Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts
· Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
· Drive guest satisfaction and resolve concerns
· Manage scheduling, labor, and productivity
· Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
· Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
· Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales and profit goals
Qualifications to be an AGM
· 2+ years of restaurant management experience
· P&L Familiarity
· Strong leadership and team-building skills
· Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
· Passion for hospitality and guest service
· Ability to lead from the floor and hold teams accountable
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
