Casino Assistant General Manager RELOCATION to Alaska

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in slot machine maintenance or gaming technical operations
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a gaming or technical environment
- Eligible for and able to obtain a Tribal Gaming License
- Must pass background investigation per TGRA and National Indian Gaming Commission regulations
- 21 years of age or older with valid driver’s license
Casino Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in Casino or Tribal gaming operations
- Certifications in slot machine repair or gaming technology
- Familiarity with systems such as Aristocrat, IGT, Scientific Games, or Konami
- Direct experience with casino openings or expansions
Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimal performance of all slot machines and systems
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of slot technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and guest service
- Ensure strict compliance with gaming ordinances, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Implement robust preventative maintenance programs and manage inventory of parts and equipment
- Collaborate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new technology rollouts
- Respond promptly to gaming floor issues, supporting both guests and staff to ensure a seamless experience
