RELOCATION JOB: Monterrey, CA

The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring the highest quality preparation of fine cuisine in the restaurant and special parties.

Sous Chef Required Skills:

Three years of luxury resort or hotel experience.
Two years’ experience as a Sous Chef.
Unexpired Food Safety certification.
Broad knowledge of varied cuisines and ability to integrate regional ingredient to menus.
Ability to present cooking demonstrations.

Sous Chef Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of daily food orders.
Check the quality of daily specials before service.
Interacting with guests regarding special needs and requests.
Able to maintain a professional attitude in a high-volume environment.
Willingness to adjust schedule based off levels of business
