Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and workforce administration
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and restaurant management software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong leadership presence

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with tools like Toast, Sling, Restaurant365, or similar platforms
  • Hiring, onboarding, and HR administration experience
  • Financial reporting and budgeting background
  • Upscale casual or full-service restaurant experience
  • Experience building systems, processes, and operational structures

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate staff on the floor to ensure outstanding guest experiences
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
  • Oversee schedules, payroll, inventory, and compliance-related processes
  • Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, labor, and workforce systems
  • Collaborate with ownership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems, efficiency, and service quality
