Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Must come from a scratch kitchen background
- Looking for a currently employed individual in a corporate environment
- Good tenure (3 plus years ) – Job Hoppers need not apply
- Excellent financial package for the right person
- Must have career progression
- Five plus years as a General Manager
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all facets of the kitchen and its success
- We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy leader
- Strong culinary background necessary for success in this role
