We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector for a well-established company. The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Inspector role will be responsible for inspecting parts, including first-article inspections, daily in-process inspections, and final inspections.

Mechanical Inspector Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 1-3 years’ experience in an inspection role in a manufacturing environment

• Read technical drawings and understand geometric tolerancing

• Expertly use various hand tools to measure parts (micrometer, drop indicator, etc.)

• Understand how to set up high-precision repeatable measurements

• Operate measuring microscope and optical comparator

• Operate CMM and vision measurement system

• Perform "First Piece" inspections and record results

• Perform Daily AQL inspections on a variety of parts

• Perform Final inspections and record results

• Keep accurate manual and computer records as required

Mechanical Inspector Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $55K – $65K, based on experience

• Comprehensive Benefits Package
