Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Expectations

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Ability to lead and motivate staff in a high-energy environment
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and POS systems
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and operational execution
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Ability to manage guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Experience reviewing sales performance and implementing strategies to drive results
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus
