Cafe and Coffee Shop Manager needed for a large Resort on Mackinac Island. This is a great opportunity for an experienced F&B professional. This position includes free housing and Industry leading culture and benefits.

 

Cafe and Coffee Shop Manager Benefits:

Cafe and Coffere Shop Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide leadership to Concessions, Cafes, and Beverage Outlets
  • Train, coach, mentor F&B team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
  • Effectively manage COGs, labor, and restaurant expenses
  • 5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a resort or similar setting
  • A degree in hospitality (preferred) or related field or equivalent experience listed above.
  • Familiar with food and beverage systems and controls
  • Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
