Floating General Manager
Our growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations while inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Floating General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistency and excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams
- Foster a positive, hospitality-focused culture throughout all locations
- Drive guest satisfaction, operational performance, and financial results
- Analyze sales, labor, and operational metrics to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support recruiting, hiring, training, and leadership development initiatives
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, food quality, and team accountability
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to execute company goals and growth strategies
- Travel between locations regularly to provide hands-on leadership and operational support
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and labor regulations
Floating General Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
- Proven leadership experience overseeing high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong ability to develop teams and mentor restaurant leaders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Financial management experience including labor, inventory, and P&L oversight
- Hands-on leadership style with strong operational presence
- Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience
