Litigation Associate Attorney Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary estimated at $140,000–$190,000+, depending on experience and qualifications
- 1,850 billable hour requirement
- Bonus eligibility beginning at 1,950 billable hours, including a $10,000 bonus opportunity plus additional production-based incentives

Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse litigation caseload across multiple practice areas
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices
- Maintain case deadlines, budgets, and billing requirements
- Support business development and client relationship efforts
Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Mississippi Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Experience handling litigation matters with increasing independence
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to practicing law
- Strong academic credentials preferred
