Property Manager – Sevierville, TN

A growing short-term rental management company in the Smoky Mountains region is seeking a detail-oriented property manager to oversee a portfolio of vacation homes. Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of property management experience, ideally with short-term rentals or vacation properties
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays on-call
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with property management software is a plus

Property Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Hospitality experience, especially in guest-facing roles
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and career growth
  • Passion for guest and owner service
  • Ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment over time

Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and logistics for assigned short-term rental properties
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services to ensure high-quality standards
  • Communicate directly with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Schedule and track property inspections, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Monitor booking performance and assist with pricing strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely care and upkeep of all properties
