Seeking a high energy Floor Manager for our acclaimed establishment.
We are open late nights but your schedule will be for 45-48 hours a week.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Dazzle your guests with an exceptional experience every single time.
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for being the best in the trade area at what we do.
- Grow the business and deliver strong financial results.
- Highly qualified problem solver with strong and rational decision-making abilities.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 18 months plus of experience in a similar role in a polished casual restaurant.
- High volume experience is a must – a minimum of $4 million in annual sales.
- Be knowledgeable on cocktails and craft beer and current beverage market trends
- Be that brand ambassador in the community that people gravitate towards.
- Prior working knowledge of the Washington DC market is highly desirable.
Restaurant Manager Benefits:

- Base salary of $67-$72K.
