Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in a salaried restaurant management role

• Experience managing annual sales volume of $2 million or more

• No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years – we value your loyalty and dedication

• Hands-on leader comfortable in a scratch kitchen environment

• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and team leadership

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• High energy and a true passion for hospitality and team development

• Experience in fast-casual or high-volume casual dining concepts
