Brand President in Training Requirements & Qualifications

  • Clear career progression and strong tenures in a retail, sales, or hospitality industry management role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends as required.
  • Demonstrated desire to develop leadership abilities and advance within the company.

Brand President in Training Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience managing customer or client-facing staff members
  • Comfort with analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvements.
  • Demonstrated career progression and ambition in a sales, retail, or hospitality setting

Brand President in Training: Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations across a large portfolio of short-term rental properties.
  • Support guest service efforts, manage reservations, and ensure owner satisfaction.
  • Communicate with property owners and support relationship management.
  • Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue data.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
  • Lead special projects and take on increased responsibilities during training.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, providing leadership support to all departments.
