We are seeking a strong, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume, seasonal restaurant in The Hamptons.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced summer markets and understands how to manage both the intensity of peak season and the operational discipline required year-round.
This position can be structured as:
- Seasonal (Hamptons-based)
- OR
- Full-Time Year-Round for candidates open to working at additional East Coast and/or Caribbean locations during the off-season.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and motivate service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and presentation
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and payroll oversight
- Drive revenue while protecting margins
- Monitor inventory, beverage costs, and operating expenses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Handle guest relations and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume environments
- Experience in seasonal markets strongly preferred
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to command a busy floor
- Solid understanding of labor management, cost controls, and P&L basics
- Excellent communication skills and polished guest-facing demeanor
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
- Willingness to relocate seasonally (for full-time, year-round candidates)
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$95,000 Base Salary (depending on experience)
