Construction Management Graduate – Project Engineer

Recent Construction Management or Civil Engineering Graduate?
Ready to get out from behind a desk and learn how construction projects are actually built?
We're looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Project Engineer. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on active construction projects throughout the Philadelphia area.

What You'll Learn
- How construction projects are managed from start to finish
- Scheduling and project planning
- Budget tracking and cost management
- Reading plans and specifications
- Working with subcontractors and vendors
- Field operations and jobsite coordination
- Contract administration
- Project documentation and reporting
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting Project Managers on active construction projects
- Assisting with project schedules and project documentation
- Tracking material deliveries and subcontractor activities
- Participating in jobsite meetings
- Coordinating with field personnel and project stakeholders
- Reviewing drawings and construction plans
- Learning how projects are estimated, managed, and completed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Graduation within the last 24 months or graduating soon
- Internship, co-op, summer construction experience, or student project experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term construction career
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Local to the Philadelphia area or able to commute daily
