We are seeking an Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician for 2nd or Third shift, to ensure reliability and efficiency of electrical systems. Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Collaboration with maintenance and production teams is essential. This is a large manufacturing facility. You must have an understanding of Food production.

  • This is an hourly position that could require weekends and extra shifts at time.

Electrical Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Second or third shift position with flexibility on hours. Sunday and Monday are typically the days off.
  • Maintain all equipment to a high standard
  • Ensure personal tools, work cart and maintenance shop are clean and in good working order
  • Repair all electrical tools and equipment
  • Must be willing to upgrade skills as necessary
  • Ability to work on PLC/control panels of industrial equipment is a plus
  • Fabrication and welding abilities would be helpful.
  • Direct the actions of your assigned mechanics.
  • Follow up on Preventative Maintenance Schedule and schedule equipment change over as needed.
  • Lead a small team.
