Franchise Sales Recruiter — QSR Group
Position Summary
The Franchise Sales Recruiter is responsible for driving franchise growth by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified franchise partners for the company’s expanding QSR brands. This role manages the franchise sales process from lead generation through signed agreements while supporting market expansion initiatives and franchise partner success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute franchise growth strategies aligned with company expansion goals
- Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through networking, referrals, brokers, and events
- Manage the full franchise sales pipeline from initial inquiry through closing
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and candidate evaluations
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting reports
- Coordinate with operations, finance, legal, and real estate teams during onboarding and development
- Represent the company at franchise and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in franchise development, franchise sales, QSR operations, or business development
- Strong understanding of franchising and QSR industry operations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and development goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Ability to travel as needed
