Hospitality General Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of a titled General Manager position in the full-service casual/upscale restaurant or eatertainment industry
- Banquet and full-service F&B experience
- High energy and charismatic personality
- Experience overseeing $7M+ revenue/year
- Experience leading 60+ employees in one location
- Experience with training and developing teams
- Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
- Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma
Hospitality General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
- Bartending experience in the past
- Technology-savvy, including inventory tracking software
- Local networking and revenue building experience
