Assistant General Manager Compensation & Benefits

  • Target compensation of $29.50 per hour
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Health insurance with 50% employer contribution
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • 401(K) plan with 4% employer match
  • Two weeks PTO with a 35–38 hour workweek

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of service industry experience and one year in a supervisory or delegating role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift
  • Availability to work 35–38 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays per shop needs

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • Deliver consistent, engaging customer experiences that foster a customer-centric shop culture
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory, cleanliness standards, task delegation, and shift execution
  • Communicate with clarity and purpose to drive team accountability, performance, and a culture of pride
  • Conduct interviews, performance documentation, 1:1 meetings, and weekly team communications
