Unlike traditional high-volume defense firms, attorneys here manage a low caseload, typically around 15 active cases, allowing for deeper case development, strategic litigation, and a healthy work-life balance. Associate Attorney Benefits & Compensation

Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense or general liability experience preferred
• Strong writing, deposition, and case management skills
• Ability to independently manage files
• Motivated, strategic, and proactive mindset

Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in general liability, premises liability, or construction defect litigation

Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Develop litigation strategy and proactively manage files
