We’re partnering with one of Seattle’s most exciting hospitality and entertainment destinations to find an Event Manager who thrives at the intersection of events, food & beverage, entertainment, and guest experience. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role at a venue known for creating memorable moments and building community through dynamic programming and exceptional hospitality.

What You’ll Own
- Lead planning and execution for corporate events, private celebrations, community activations, and experiential programming
- Serve as the primary client partner from initial inquiry through flawless event delivery and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate across culinary, operations, marketing, and venue teams to create seamless guest experiences
- Manage timelines, logistics, staffing plans, floor layouts, and operational details
- Build strong partnerships with vendors, clients, and local community organizations
- Elevate service standards and deliver memorable hospitality at every touchpoint
- Identify revenue growth opportunities through upselling and repeat business development
- Analyze event performance and continuously improve execution and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Event Management experience within hospitality, entertainment, venues, restaurants, hotels, or experiential concepts
- Proven success executing high-volume and multi-layered events
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong client-facing presence with polished communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience partnering closely with culinary and operations teams
- Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and creating memorable moments
- Experience with event software, scheduling systems, and planning platforms is a plus
Compensation & Perks
