We are a new HR consulting firm specializing in outsourcing services for hospitality industry clients. Our company is small but growing and we are looking for dedicated HR specialists so that we can take on new accounts. You should have a familiarity with the hospitality industry in Boston and ideally, work experience as an HR specialist for a hospitality organization. The position is 50/50 remote/onsite with a Monday through Friday schedule. If this sounds right for you, please apply today!
HR Consultant Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills & intuitive hospitality
- Ability to anticipate client needs & effectively manage time
- Ability to train clients on HR elements as well as communicate with employees
- Comfortable working alone and with a large degree of autonomy
- Strong computer skills, including Office 365, GSuite & other applicable software
- Prior full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Prior HR experience REQUIRED
HR Consultant Duties
- Provide high-level communication with our clients
- Attend and participate in client-facing activities both in person and remotely
- Collaborate in the creation of promotional material and training manuals
- Be a brand ambassador and help grow new client relationships
