Director of Creative Marketing Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading and developing internal creative teams
- Strong background in brand and creative marketing
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with performance marketing teams
- Experience in consumer marketing with a digital focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer service industries preferred
- Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities and a record of building creative infrastructure in high-growth environments
Director of Creative Marketing Preferred Background & Skills
- Background with consumer healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or multi-site consumer brands
- Experience growing brands nationally or across multiple markets
- Prior in-house leadership of creative teams, not just managing external agencies
- Ability to balance creative vision with performance-driven marketing
Director of Creative Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead creative marketing and brand strategy for multiple markets
- Oversee and develop the internal creative team, fostering collaboration and creativity
- Partner closely with performance marketing, sales, and operations to support patient acquisition and growth efforts
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels and campaigns
- Guide digital, paid media, social, and referral campaign creative development
- Analyze campaign effectiveness to refine strategy and execution
- Work directly with executive leadership on brand positioning and long-term growth
